I always read a blog by one of the world’s leading experts on marketing, Seth Godin. This week he posted the following list of questions. The post was entitled ’8 questions and a why’. I have answered several as honestly as possible to give all our readers an idea of what we are trying to achieve at Penistone Dental Care
Who are you trying to please? We try to please our customers and also our staff. Why? Happy staff will improve the environment within the practice and make our customers experience more enjoyable; happy customers will tell their friends and family about us which will hopefully bring us new business.
What are you promising? We promise to listen to our customers and design smiles that are as individual as they all are. Why? because what you want is what we want and a conversation is the best way to convert your dreams into reality!
What are you trying to change? We are trying to change people’s perception of dentistry and what can be done. We are trying to wow our clients with excellent, concierge level customer service, we are trying to create beautiful smiles that last for life. Why? Because that’s what makes us happy!
What do you want people to say about you? That we are different! That we are not like a normal practice and that we do what we say, when we say, at the price quoted. Why? Because that is what our customers expect and that is what we strive to deliver 100% of the time.
Which people? All our customers. Why? Because they all count and because they can all recommend us to their friends and family with confidence.
Do we care about you? I hope so!! Why? Because what we do has the ability to change people’s lives as many of our testimonial letters will tell you.
